Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data InvHera collects (the Android and iOS app and its web pages: the admin panel and the online stores), what it is used for and who it is shared with.

1. Information we collect

• Account: name, username, password (stored encrypted), email and phone number. If you link your WhatsApp, that number too.
• Store: name, logo and receipt logo, country, currency, sales points and, if you set them up, the bank card details for transfer payments that you choose to show your customers.
• Business data you enter: products, prices, costs and photos; inventory; sales; expenses; cash counts; customers with credit accounts and suppliers.
• Online store: the catalog you choose to publish and the orders your customers place, with the name, phone and delivery address they enter.
• Subscription payments: plan, dates and amounts. Card payments are processed by Stripe; InvHera never receives or stores your card number.
• Device and operation: the notification token, the app version and technical logs (events and errors) that help us fix problems, especially when the app works offline.

2. How we use the information

• To provide the service: inventory, sales, reports and syncing between your store's phones.
• To send you notices (low stock, sales, payment changes, daily report) by notification, email or WhatsApp, according to your settings.
• To send you the verification code to sign in.
• To publish your online store and deliver orders to you.
• To charge the subscription.
• To provide support and improve the app.

We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.

3. Who we share data with

Only with the providers we need for InvHera to work, and only what is necessary:

• Hosting and network: our servers and Cloudflare (security and page delivery).
• Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google): for notifications.
• Brevo: to send emails.
• WhatsApp: for the notices and codes you choose to receive by WhatsApp.
• Stripe: for card payments.

We may also share information when required by law or to protect our rights.

4. App permissions

• Camera: scan barcodes and take product photos.
• Photos / gallery: choose product images and logos, and save receipts.
• Microphone: dictate inventory and counts by voice. Speech is recognized on the phone itself; audio is not sent to the internet.
• Bluetooth: connect thermal receipt printers. On Android, the system also requires the location permission to search for Bluetooth devices; InvHera does not use or store your location.
• Notifications: receive your store's notices.
• NFC: read cards on devices that have it.
• Phone: call a number only when you tap the call button.
• Internet: sync with the server. The app works offline and syncs when the connection returns.

5. Storage and security

• Encrypted passwords and HTTPS connections.
• Role-based access: each user sees what applies to them (store manager, seller).
• The store manager can turn on two-step verification.
• Part of the data is also kept on your phone so you can work offline.

6. Retention and deletion

We keep data while the account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and its data from this page; we delete it within 7 business days. Sellers can also ask their store manager.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your data by writing to the contact below.

8. Children

InvHera is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13.

9. Changes to this policy

If we make important changes, we will let you know in the app or by email.
